前台作为酒店的窗口,是酒店给客人的第一印象。首先我们要保持自己最好的形象,面带微笑、精神饱满,用我们最美丽的一面去迎接客人,让每位客人走进酒店都会体验到我们的真诚和热情。

其次,关注宾客喜好。当客人走进酒店时,我们要主动问好,称呼客人时,如果是熟客就要准确无误地说出客人的姓名和职务,这一点非常重要,宾客会为此感受到自己的受到了尊重和重视。我们还要收集客人的生活习惯、个人喜好等信息,并尽最大努力满足客人,让宾客的每次住店,都能感受到意外的惊喜。

前台的工作比较繁琐,主要有快件收发、接待、企业注册、专家库管理、led屏幕管理、订餐及餐费、物业费、停车费等等的结算。这些工作我都能认真仔细的完成。在完成本职工作的同时,我也能认真完成领导交办的随机工作。

由于财务部较忙及领导的信任,2014下半年我开始接触一些财务的工作,新任务的到来给我的工作注入了新的活力,工作内容主要是代开发票申请表,刚开始由于不熟悉及步骤冗杂进度一般要经常加班,后来经过财务部的领导及同事积极和税局沟通把程序简化,使我的工作效率事半功倍。

二、做好仓库管理,按时盘点仓库,做好物品归类。

严格接照公司制度,做到每件物品进出都有登记。及时查看物品的完好情况,对缺少或损坏的物品及时上报相关部门进行采购或维修。 根据统计2014年10月份至今共办理各部门各项物品入库20余次,入库物品都配有相应出库记录。

三,应以大局为重,不计较个人得失。

不管是工作时间还是休假时间,公司有临时任务分配,我们都服从安排,积极去配合,不找理由推脱。

作为华天的一员,我们将奉献自己的一份力量为公司效命。平时积极参加公司组织的活动,加强同事之间的感情和部门之间的沟通。并且多了解公司的基本情况和经营内容。为了往后能更好的工作不断的打下基础。
