辅导差总结

本学期学校大力开展了差生的帮扶活动，为此我针对我学科学习上两名差生的学习特点，确立了辅导目标，增加辅导的时间，寻找更好的解决计算障碍的方法，提高学习兴趣。并制定了详细的帮扶计划，经过老师耐心、细致的帮教工作，学生的帮扶，家长的支持，差取得了明显的进步。

李春林同学，由于父母不在身边，外婆对他管理不严，所以他经常对自己放松，了解到他在其它学科上的学习兴趣也很差，上课的时候经常不知道在做什么，所以数学课上似乎也养成了不学习的习惯。段金环同学也存着类似乎的情况，在课堂上既不说话也不学习，经常做一些和学习无关的事情，在他们眼中好像老师们并不在乎他们在做什么事情。

针对这些情况我对学困生的管理是很严格的，我深入学生了解差生的实际情况，及时主动地发现他们学习上存在的不足，然后及时分析和处理；学生的学习常规反复抓、抓反复，把他们培养成有良好纪律和学风的人，高标准的严格要求，不断地总结改进。本学期进行了一次期中考试，四次单元测试。虽然每次考试总结分析、学困生的辅导与跟踪都要花费教师一定的时间和精力，但正是这种踏踏实实的工作才能保证了帮扶的质量。

在课堂中关注差生。在每一节课里面及时关注这些学困生的学习状态，还有每天的学习情绪。看看每一个学习内容他们的反应。在课堂上对这部分学生给于特别的待遇，特别是堂上的一些练习多展示了

这些学生的作品，让他们能积极地参与到了课堂上来，而不是将自己放在课堂里可有可无的角色里面。让他们能体验到了上课的乐趣，知道自己也是学习的一分子。

再次，学困生的家长对于此次帮扶活动大力支持，积极配合，监督学生在家认真完成家庭作业，及时反馈给老师学生的学习态度。一些家长还通过此次帮扶活动对孩子有了更进一步的了解，对于怎样在家教育孩子也有了一个全新的认识。

另外，我还充分发挥好错题记载簿的作用，注意收集学生中的错例，让每个学生把自己在作业人上的错例，课堂上的错例，都记录再错题记载簿上，在上课当中逐渐渗透有关学生的错例，效果明显。

除此之外，我还及时跟踪调查，分析错误原因，及时辅导。对这些学困生进行每天一算，每周一查，每月一测及时掌握学困生的计算掌握情况，分析原因，找出相对应的措施及时辅导。争取做到天天请、周周清、月月清。以便切实的提高他们的学习成绩。

经过这一个学期的帮扶，两名同学的学习成绩有了一定的提高，虽然不是很多，但是他们逃课等象现已经没有，学习的态度也有了很大的进步，为了能让他们顺利进行学习，我将在下学期的帮扶过程中，将继续采取相应的措施。
