I.Learning aims(学习目标)

1 Learn how to ask and answer when somebody was born and learn how to express the date.

2 Get to know some famous people such as Messi,Kobe,Ye Shiwen,Li Na,Mo Yan and so on

3 Try to learn from the famous people and make our own lives more meaningful.

Procedure: Do you like sports?

After-listening

Pair work to practice the sentence structure and improve students’ listening skills.

Role-play the conversation:

Ø Readin roles.

1 What is Andy watching?

2 What are the pictures that the street artist paints like?

3 What happened when he painted the buildings at school?

4 Who wants to be an artist like the street artist, Tony or Andy?

Ø Learn in groups and show what the students have got from the conversation.

Ø Try to recite it.

There are many famous people that we should admire. For example, the great Chinese writer Mo Yan has won the Nobel Prize.

得:学生能自如进行对话和小组活动,在合作中理解文章,解决问题。在展示环节中要求小组非组长同学上台展示,充分调动了组长和组员们的参与积极性,促进了大部分同学的学习英语参与课堂活动的积极性。

失:个别4号同学参与学习的积极性低,基本不认识单词,不会读单词和句子。在帮助这些同学方面做的很不够。

改进措施:分层教学,给学困生提供一定的活动空间,同时加大对他们的帮助。
