i have spent about two months in reading eugenie grandet. in my opinion, it is really a good novel for us which is worthy to be read. after reading, i know that money can buy something but not everything. for better understanding of the novel, i will divide this reading note into three parts.

firstly, in order to make you understand this novel quickly, i will introduce you the major characters. there are three persons we need deep analysis. they are grandet, his daughter eugenie and charles.

the novel thesis puts their emphasis on grandet. grandet was one of the central roles in the novel. he was terribly greedy. he was the representative of greed and money. in his mind, money was everything, and he could not live in the world without money. he had a strong desire to possess money, though he had an abundant of money. he always left himself in a back room, and appreciated money for a long time. when he was dying, he asked his daughter to put money on the table, and money could make him feel warm. in order to collect money, he lost human

nature. he considered no love was in the world, and money is even much more valuable than his life. for example, grandet had a servant, who had worked for 30 years. but he never received any gift from grandet, except one old watch. though grandet was a christian, but actually he was not a real one. in his opinion, the existence of god was for his need. for him, money was real god and all the hope.

compared with grandet, his daughter eugenie was very kind and humane. she considered money as a method for helping others. she devoted her whole life to serving the people. and she had done a lot of public works. for example, she had built one restroom, eight primary schools and one library. she used money to help those who need it.

then, we should put our attention on charles. he was born in a rich family and spoiled. the turning point in his life was to do business abroad. the change of life condition made his moral standard and value concept change. he became a very self-fish man. he wanted to become rich. in order to possess money, he gave up his true love, and pursued a nobleman’s daughter. to some extent, his outlook on money was similar to grandet’s. both of them were materialists and the lovers of money.

secondly, the writer writing this novel should be introduced

to us for we could realize the background information and understand it better. honore de balzac (1799-1850) could perhaps be described as one of the founders of this school that he established with the human comedy (1829-1850) - a long series of seventeen novels, a vast panorama of french life that ranged from country life to city from private life to politics, from military life to psychological studies. it is by no means easy to choose one or two novels from the human comedy. there is always a temptation to add one or two more for a better understanding why balzac's works have lasted so long. perhaps eugenie grandet best illustrates his characteristic methods and the secret of his genius and talent. it is a simple story of a family house in provincial saumur in which lives a miser, grandet with his wife and daughter eugenie. both suffer continuously under the stifling shadow of his obsession with gold. but the arrival of her cousin, charles makes eugenie's heart turn gently towards thoughts of love and marriage, if only to get away from the father. but grandet opposes the marriage because so much of his outrageous gold would be carried away as dowry. the proposed marriage breaks down. charles goes away to seek his fortunes in the east and eugenie is left alone to face the future on her own.

quite obviously, a web of intrigue surrounds mother and daughter. a bunch of ambitious men and adventurers, careerists and speculators and misers of all kinds congregate, all attracted by the pale, cold glitter of gold. part of balzac's continuing success lies in his portrayal of these modern types of unscrupulous rascals and the mania they have for social climbing and fortune hunting which he was the first to portray in modern literature.

third, from the novel, i could see the shadow of the real life. especially since the opening up and economic reform, china has been participating in economic globalization to a deeper degree. with the economic growth, more and more people consider that if you have money, you can make the devil push the millstone for you. their favorite motto is money talks. so the only purpose is to make money as much as possible without heart of charity and humanity. the major role in eugenie grandet, grandet reflects phenomenon in modern china society. from a great amount of information, some people think that chinese people are obsessive with money very much, and they are the lovers of money. for earning money, they break the law. however, meantime, there are still a lot of people doing charities with money. they consider money as a means for helping others,

what they have done is the same as grandet’s daughter did.in my opinion, although many people say that money is the root of evil, every coin has its two sides; we can analyze the function of money from two sides. it’s a common knowledge that everyone likes money and needs money. without money, they cannot buy food, clothes and other daily necessities. without money, they cannot go to school, go to cinema or other places. in my thesis, the novel analyzes the disadvantages and advantages of the outlook on money, and gives the methods for dealing with the disadvantages of the outlook on money in an appropriate way. under the analysis of the outlook on money, we should regard earning money as a method for perfect life. money is not the final objective in our life. there are still so many valuable things that need us to accomplish.

my feelings after reading wuthering heights

wuthering heights is a well-written tragedy of love. after reading the whole story, i would like to talk about the main characters of the story—catherine earnshaw and heathcliff. catherine earnshaw and heathcliff do love each other very much, but they do not have the right attitude towards love, which leads to the tragedy.

in catherine’s life, she made a very foolish decision---marrying to edgar. in fact, her love for edgar can never be compared to that for heathcliff. she did so, because she thought the wealth of edgar would be useful to help heathcliff. but in reality, it did not work. she did not have a good understanding of love, which is something pure and saint. if anyone add any purpose into love, love itself lost its meaning. catherine’s wrong decision hurt two people who love her, and even destroyed the happiness of their offspring.

heathcliff is a man full of retaliation. he loved catherine very much, but what he did, on the contrary, added to the misery of catherine. in my opinion, if he really loved catherine, he should not walk into catherine’s life again after his disappearance. further more, after the death of catherine, what heathcliff did brought agony to catherine’s daughter, as well as his own son.

after reading, i have a better understanding of love. if you love really someone, his or her happiness is the thing that most matters.

a tale of two cities occupies a central place in the canon of charles dickens's works. this novel of the french revolution was originally serialized in the author's own periodical all the year round. weekly publication of chapters 1-3 of book 1 began on april 30, 1859. in an innovative move, dickens simultaneously released installments of the novel on a monthly basis, beginning with all of book 1 in june and concluding with the last eight chapters of book 3 in december. dickens took advantage of the novel's serial publication to experiment with characterization, plot, and theme. he described the work in a letter to his friend john forster, cited in rudi glancy's a tale of two cities: dickens's revolutionary novel, as "a picturesque story rising in every chapter, with characters true to nature, but whom the story should express more than they should express themselves by dialogue." the novel that emerged from his experimentation is now regarded as one of dickens's most popular and most innovative works.

there are two opposite gangs named socs and greasers. kids whose backgrounds are very rich are called socials, we name it as socs. the poor kids are called greasers, because their hair are covered with grease and they often wear greasy clothes. there are full of

contradiction between them. the main character is ponyboy, he is the youngest greaser, and he hates the socs because he always gets jumped by them. darry and sodapop are his elder brothers, and they both

dropped out of school to work in order to raise money for ponyboy ‘s study. through seeing a movie together with a rich but kind girl, cherry, ponyboy realizes that not all socs are bad. johnny is his best friend, he used to be very weak, but after being jumped by 4 socs, he becomes mad and usually brings a switchblade with him, and if there is anyone who wants to play tricks on him, he will kill that one. suddenly, in a week, johnny dies in a fire, bob(his friend) is kill by someone unwillingly, dally(the most violent greaser) kill himself because johnny’s death. ponyboy grows a lot, realize the love of his families and friends, and promises to be a good man, and not fight anymore..

this is really a heroic story, and i learnt a lot from it..

first of all, i realized that we shouldn’t assess anyone just by knowing about his background. in the book, ponyboy thought that life was unfair-socs always win, greasers always lose. socs could easily go to college, but greasers sometimes must drop out of school to work for their livings. so he hated socs as if from his birth. but he gradually realized that some socs are kind, but some greasers are alike a hood. so we should also know people deeply before judging them, and believe the truth more than our subjective things.

secondly, no matter how our backgrounds and families are, we should have kind and brave hearts. in the story, ponyboy saw many greasers crime and fight just because of their identify, he thought that was totally wrong. even his dying friend, johnny told him to

stay gold which means to be kind, simple and pure in a serious health condition. on the other hand, ponyboy thought gresers have the same rights as socs, and he never lowered his head in front of socs.there are also something good about love. at the beginning,

ponyboy thought that dally, his eldest brother fully concentrated on working and making money, but never cared about him and sodapop, and he was dislike a young man anymore, more like an adult. but once ponyboy was sick very seriously, he saw dally crying for the first time when he was asleep-going-to-waken-up. and when they were having a rumble with a gang of socs, he was always covered with his two elder brothers. from that, he knew his small family would never be short of love, and his brothers loved him much more than he could imagine. in my real life, when my teachers and parents are strict with me, i shouldn’t think that they don’t love me, it is just another, more deep way to love.

the writer wrote this book when he was only a teenager as

fourteen-going-to-fifteen, in the same age as me. so it is more easy for me to get close to him and understand him. but he truly

experienced all i experienced and something i have never imagined. so i should learn something good from him, and keep away from thing bad he had done.

this book really taught me a lot, and i will spare no efforts to do the good things it bring to me!

in fact ,if our teacher don’t require ,i will never be interested in this kind of story .however ,after my reading ,i have to say it’s so dramatic and profound that i have already been fond of this story deeply.

"the great gatsby" is about a story which took place in the 20's. a poor guy named nick came to new york and lived next to a millionaire who called gatsby. he began to know the story of this wealth person and witnessed the voluptuous life of the rich. gatsby was not wealthy like now when he was young, who was just a lieutenant in the army. at that time, he lost his heart to a girl called daisy. they loved each other deeply. but it changed after the first world war, during which gatsby was dispatched to europe. when he came back, he found the love vanished. behalf displaced chasteness, love was supplanted by money. he dreamed to recovery his love, but nothing happened and it only became worse.

one day daisy was in a drunken driving gatsby’s car ran over and caused an accident that killed tom’s mistress, and she planned a plot with tom to put the crime to gatsby. it led to the mistress’husband shot gatsby. gatsby died, only his fathrand nick attended the funeral.nick witnessed the virtual mood of human reality. at the end, nick backed to his hometown with a tragedy mood.

it is a novel which has intrigued and fascinated so many readers.

it is worth noting that fitzgerald never shows the reader a single scene from gatsby

affair with daisy. the narrative is nick?s story, and, aside from when they remake each other?s acquaintance, nick never sees gatsby and daisy alone together. perhapsnick?s friendship with gatsby allows him to empathize with his pain at not having daisy, and that nick refrains from depicting their affair out of a desire not to malign him. whatever the reason, fitzgerald leaves the details of their affair to the reader?s imagination, and instead exposes the menacing suspicion and mistrust on tom?s part that will eventually lead to a confrontation. clearly, as a self-proclaimed "tale of the west", it is exploring questions about america and what it means to be american. in this sense gatsby is perhaps that legendary opus, the "great american novel". nick senses that people everywhere are motivated by similar dreams and by a desire to move forward into a future in which their dreams are realized. nick envisions their struggles to create that future as boats moving in a body of water against a current that inevitably carries them back into the past.“her voice is full of money.” it’s iconic. at that time, every one’s voice is full of money. gatsby’ american dream will just be a joke. nick pertinent had pointed out the false of society and the heartlessness, caused the readers compared to the american dream necessity which pursued to be disillusioned regarding to gatsby. of course, it already has a profound impression on me.in the end, i have to say that after reading the great gatsby, reading his shattered dream of love, of vanity, i do not only have known the conception of the american society in early 20th century, but also know that the value of a time, a nation, and an individual is so significant. there is a very conspicuous symbol in the novel, the eyes of doctor t. j. eckleburg painted on an old advertising billboard over the valley of ashes. it is a warning that our development and morality will always be stared upon and judged by god. remember it.

陶行知先生说过“生活即教育”。近几年，我有效地利用英语课程的生活资源，让课堂教学贴近学生熟悉的现实生活，真正让英语课堂教学成为学生喜爱的一种生活，提高学生学习英语的质量，促进学生整体素质的发展。

一、由境入情

语言学家克鲁姆说过：“成功的外语课堂教学应该是创造更多的情景，让学生有机会用自己已学到的语言材料。”在日常教学中我有意识地创设学生感兴趣的情境。为教学服务，使课堂环境温馨、舒适、富有生活气息，让学生在无拘无束、轻松愉快的生活场景中交流思想、表达感情。

如我在教学1a unit 5 fruit let’s talk 一课时，运用多媒体辅助教学，创设了孙悟空和花果山的情景。教学中以学生与孙悟空同游花果山为主线把每个环节串联起来，这一特定的情境牢牢吸引住了学生的注意力，并让全体学生在这一情景中主动学习、乐于其中。大大提高了课堂效率，这种生活化的英语情境让学生在学习时热情高涨、兴趣盎然。

二、张扬个性

教学中通过多种活动，引导学生说英语，使英语真正走进每一个学生的生活，使每一个学生真正爱上英语。如此学生的生活体验得到充实，个性也由此得到张扬。正如苏?霍姆林斯基所说：“当学生体现出一种亲身参与掌握知识的情感时，乃是唤起少年特有的对知识的兴趣的重要条件。”

如我在教学3amodule4 unit3 insects and plants 这一课时,有一段写话教学。由于三年级学生写话能力较弱，学生又刚刚学习it has? 的句型，如果让他们直接用新句型介绍昆虫会增加学生紧张的情绪，特别是几个学困生。于是，我准备了一些昆虫让学生观察，以此来激起学生对于昆虫的兴趣，调起他们的求知热情。我通过师问、生问等多种形式引导学生对昆虫有一定的认识，又通过小小组讨论的方式增加学生的语言输入量。使他们的语言输出有了一定的情感基础和内容基础后，再让学生说昆虫。这时候学生们都异常积极，因为他们已储备了大量的语言来表达，当几个学生兴奋地说出昆虫的各种特征时，没有被老师抽到的学生显得有些不高兴了。于是我马上让学生将要说的话写下来。这时的学生情绪高涨，写话热情很高，认真地写下了一篇篇较有质量的习作。这些独具匠心的设计充分张扬了学生的个性，处处使他们的语言得到训练和发展。

三、师生互动

理想的英语教学，要让学生走进生活，感受英语的魅力。因此和谐融洽的师生关系，对完成教学目的至关紧要。我在课堂上以大姐姐的身份出现在孩子们面前，与他们一起游戏、一起学习，把自己的教育意图隐蔽在友好的、毫无拘束的氛围中。让他们感到教师的一言一行都是出自诚挚的爱护和帮助。

如我在教学1b colour一课时，运用了一个学生熟悉的歌曲进行巩固：丁丁是个小画家，彩色铅笔一大把，我们跟他一起画，画出彩色的世界来， blue，blue，是蓝天；white，white，白云白；green，green，草地绿；yellow，yellow，是太阳；red，red，红花儿；pink，pink，是圆脸；purple，purple，紫蝴蝶；brown，brown，是小鸟；彩色的世界真漂亮，小朋友们呀手拉手。和着熟悉而美妙的音乐，学生情不自禁地跟着我唱了起来，学习情绪高涨，这是师生间一次成功的互动。当我与学生建立起一种协调、和谐、互补的生活化师生关系时，学生就不再是被动学习的容器，而是主动学习的先锋。

四、学科整合

一堂好的英语课要让学生在学习英语的同时，了解与本课相关的科学知识，这不仅能使学生学到更多的知识，而且能让学生更好的运用所学的英语进行交际。

我教学5a ocean park时，我想到教授完水族馆后是一个拓展的好机会，趁这个机会，我给了学生书本上没有的一些鱼类的名称，学生们看到这些鱼类的图片，个个睁大了眼睛，竖起了耳朵，生怕自己会错过这些新鲜的玩样，此时此刻让学生介绍看到的鱼时他们都有很多话说，正所谓身临其境。这一环节，我设计让英语教学与生物教学有机整合，丰富了学生知识的输入量，提高了学生学习的积极性、参与度和语言的输出量。

在新课程理念指导下，生活化英语课堂的构建，能有效地提高学生学习英语的主动性和积极性，培养学生的英语学习兴趣，改善学生的学习方式，有利于产生高质量的英语学习成果。

《有效教师》读书心得

读了《有效教师》一书，真的让我从中领会了许多知识，让我获得了许多感悟。 读完后，我发现自己的心灵得到了净化；人格得

到了完善；理念实现了飞跃。

一、博大而炽热的爱心

名言说：“热爱是最好的老师。” 是的，对于教师来说，爱是不可须臾或缺的，只有以挚爱奠基，教师才会倾尽精力，激活智慧，把自己的全部热情，甚至生命献给它所热爱的事业和学生。名师魏书生，李吉林都向教育、向学生献上了最宝贵，最有价值的爱。这也是他们实现人生价值，人生追求的原动力。我也要像他们一样，把我全部的爱与热情献给我的学生，我所从事的教育教学工作。

二、乐学善学的智者

现代社会是需要终身学习的社会。教师更是需要不断学习的职业。陶行知先生说过：“教师必须天天学习，天天进行再教育，才能有教学之乐而无教学之苦。”读了这本书之后，我深深地感受到了作为一名教师必须成为学生的源头活水，必须通过不断的学习，向书本、向实践、向各种信息渠道学，引千道清泉、聚万座富矿、集百家之长，丰富自己，充实自己，才能用自己渊博的学识激发学生的求知欲，发展学生的兴趣。成为学生的“活字典”和“百科书库”将是我今后努力的方向。

三、永不未泯的童心

书中的每一位教师都具有一颗未泯的童心，斯霞老师直到七八十高龄还在与小学生亲密接触，他们与学生一起活动，一起游戏，一同欢笑，一同烦恼，试问他们又怎么不会成为学生的良师益友?学生又怎么会不亲其师信其道呢？他们是我学习的榜样，使我认识到了自己的不足，我将放下老师的架子走进学生当中去，融入他们的学习与生活当中去，让那颗未泯的童心生根发芽。

总之，做一个“有效的”教师，实施有效的教学，是所有教师应有的追求。

《给教师的建议》——读书心得

前不久读了《给教师的建议》一书，它是20世纪苏联教育经典译丛之一，由前苏联著名教育家b?a?苏霍姆林斯基著。书中每一条谈一个问题，有生动的实际事例，也有精辟的理论分析，很多都是苏霍姆林斯基教育教学中的实例，娓娓道来。它让我明白了许多鲜明的教育观点，也有许多心灵感触，在此谈谈我的体会。

“学习的愿望是一种精细而淘气的东西。形象地说，它是一枝娇嫩的花朵，有千万朵细小的根须在潮湿的土壤里不知疲倦地工作着，给它提供滋养。我们看不见这些根须，但是我们悉心地保护它们，因为我们知道，没有它们，生命和美就会凋谢。”书中提到这个问题就是兴趣的培养，兴趣是学生学习的动力，是点燃学生智慧的火花。没有兴趣的指引和铺垫，学生会觉得学习变得枯燥无味，产生厌学心理，从而影响数学教学的效果。

“追求知识的愿望，是靠儿童的虽不轻松然而快乐的、诱人的、出于自愿劳动所创造的千万条根须日以继夜、不知疲劳的工作来滋养的。然而只有使力量的付出跟儿童的自尊感密不可分的时候，他的劳动才能成为快乐的、诱人的、自愿的劳动。必须使儿童感到自己是一个劳动者，使他为自己的努力所达到的劳动成果而感到自豪。培养自豪也就会意味着在儿童心灵中树立一种要成为思考者的愿望。”数学教学激发学生学习兴趣是重要的一环，从教学心理学角度上讲，如果抓住了学生的某些心理特征，对教学将有一个巨大的推动作用。兴趣的培养就是一个重要的方面，兴趣能激发大脑组织加工，有利于发现事物的新线索，并进行探索创造，兴趣是学习的最佳营养剂和催化剂，学生对学习有兴趣，对学习材料的反映也就是最清晰，思维活动是最积极最有效，学习就能取得事半功倍的效果。数学课，培养学生学习数学兴趣的途径是多种多样的，除了和谐，融洽的师生关系外，更重要是选择适当的教学方法，做为数学老师应努力使学生热爱数学，才能对学习有兴趣，只要有兴趣，才能学好数学。因为兴趣是学习成功的秘诀，是获取知识的开端，是求知欲望的基础，我在充分发挥教师的主导作用的前提下，激发学生兴趣。 我认为人们对知识的认识和积累,都是通过观察实践而的不到的,没有观察也就没有丰富的想象,也不可能有正确的推理、概括和创造性，所以有意识地安排学生去观察、去思考，逐步培养学生的观察能力，发展学生的想象力,即增加了数学的趣味性,又创造了良好的课堂气氛。数学教学要在教师的指导下，自己主动积极的学习，才能有效的培养养学生独立获取知识，应用知识的能力，知识智力兴趣关系密切，有意识的创造良好的课堂气氛，热爱学习与情感，并对所教学科产生兴趣，因此，老师要教给学生学习方法，使他们运用正确的学习方法，顺利掌握知识，体验成功后的乐趣,增添学习兴趣,使设计的教法符合学生的学法，持之以恒地结合知识进行学习方法的指引和训练，使学生掌握求知识的钥匙，可以增添学习兴趣。

教师读书心得 ——读《教育新理念》有感

读一本好书，就是和许多高尚的人谈话——歌德。由于我们平日里工作十分的繁忙，很少有大块的时间进行读书积累，也就谈不上与高尚的人对话了。针对这种情况学校在青年教师中开展了“青年教师读书会”读书活动。几学期以来我的收获的确不小。在一次意外的机会我与《教育新理念》相识了，

读了《教育新理念》我深深体会到，现代教育思想有了根本性的改变，强调多元、崇尚差异、主张开放、重视平等、张扬个性、重视对

学生心理的关心。我认为，一个学生个性成熟和成长的过程，是基于个体体验的过程，为培养有个性而又全面发展的人，在学校教育教学中就必须十分注重学生的情感体验。

给学生充分的“情感体验”，要求学校教育要有强烈的“个体意识”，必须把学生作为有个性差异的个体看待，而不是把他们作为一个整齐划一的所谓“整体”，要在工作中具体地处理学生的行为与品行等关系。

这就要求我们尊重学生的个性体验，要求我们在学校德育工作中，注意区分“行为”与“品行”。目前，学校德育工作实效性不强，其根本原因在于抽象口号太多，具体要求又太高，经常将学生行为规范方面的问题上升到道德品质问题。这种做法拉大了师生间对话的距离，使学生产生对抗情绪，从而使德育工作流于空泛和形式。其实，在校的中小学生，正处于生理和心理发育时期，他们在行为为规范方面出现一些偏差是难免的。当然，行为规范的偏差积累起来，会导致学生的“品行”问题，因此我们要对学生身上出现的不同问题有针对性地做好说教、引导工作、引导工作。从另一个角度看，有时缺点背后往往蕴藏着潜在的求知欲、创新精神和创新能力。所以教师首先要有一颗“宽容”的心，要允许学生有缺点，并给学生有自我反省和改正缺点的时间和机会。在纠正学生的行为规范偏差时，我们必须十分注重学生的个体体验。使外在的教育内化为他们的内在的情感体验。

礼仪的基本特征有师资,师表,师德,师心等等.党中央强调:全体公民要明礼诚信,提倡教师礼仪是时代的要求,职业的期待.你要让人民群众提高自己的素质,要让我们的全体公民提高礼仪素质,需要教师为人表率,率先垂范.百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本.教师在礼仪推广和普及中,扮演着为人师表,率先垂范的角色.

教书育人的教师来说,万事之师表也,即有天然的亲和力.要好自为之,自律是第一位的,严于律己,宽以待人.二者相鉴,缺一不可.现代教育以学生为本,所以你一个真正有教养的人,一个真正热爱自己工作岗位的人民教师,就要爱护学生,端正态度,以宽待人,要善于包容。我个人认为师表是首要的.师表,语言,心灵,仪表,行为都要美.楷模就要思圆行方(一切都应该是美的——契坷夫).

在从事教师行业中,我通过看其他教师的着装经验,加上自己的着装体会,我觉得教师的着装"简洁"非常重要.教师从事教书育人的职业特点,就决定了教师的着装可以时尚,可以新潮,但不能独出心裁,不能奇装异服,不能让学生接受异常,不能让家长议论纷纷,不能让社会上的人对你"刮目相看"."简洁",可以理解成"简单,洁净"但不是保守,落后.简洁之中体现端庄,不要过分张扬.我,作为一位80年代出生的年轻教师,平时也较注重季节流行服饰,个人主观认为穿得干练点,如,一件流行色的收腰短上衣配条牛仔裤.既不乏青春气息又有一股干劲十足的味道.教师有了干劲,学生也就动力十足,朝气十足.因此教师的着装一定要符合身份,这也从一个侧面上体现出教师是否能够做到自律,自尊,更重要的是教师时刻要注意为人师表.

多少年来教师被喻之为"蜡烛",整年整月穿梭在学校和家庭;教室和办公室之间,时时被学生和作业本包围.繁忙的工作常常让教师没有时间关注自己,包括自己的容颜,自己的健康,自己的家人,自己的学业,自己的修养.每天关注的只是孩子们的进步,自己却真的像蜡烛一样,照亮别人的同时变得越来越短了.

习了教师礼仪的所有篇章之后,使我感到学习礼仪规范,提高自己的修养,培养自己良好的气质风度,比学业的进修也许更有意义.因为我们的工作实际上就是一项不断与人交流交往的工作,与学生,与家长,与同事,与校长.如果不懂文明礼仪,周围的人很难接受你,承认你.们平时也曾注意到,一个学生关注老师的气质风度,行为仪表根本胜过关注老师的文凭;一个家长对一个教师的信任或不信任很多时候只来自一两次谈话和交往.作为教师的我,也深深地感受到,一个教师具有良好的修养和文明的礼仪对工作有多么重大的影响.漂亮的容颜,谈吐不凡的仪表很容易让人眼前一亮,就拿最近学校组织的教师冬锻来说吧,早上,全校教师穿上了整洁的运动服,精神饱满的在大操场上早锻炼,形成了校园里一道独特的风景线.我明白:教师的礼仪风貌就像是展现在学生面前的一面镜子.

《给教师的建议》读书笔记

有感于以下几条：

1．教师的工作有这样一个特点，就是他要经常地评价自己学生的工作。在衡量知识质量（也就是劳动质量）时，教师的评价带有明显的道德意义。评价里包含着刺激，应当使儿童在这种刺激的影响下确立一种要学好而不要学坏的意向。通过这种评价，不应当使儿童对于人们怎样看待他（是爱劳动还是懒散的）抱着无所谓的态度。评价所能起的这种微妙的影响只有在这样的条件下才能成为一种教育力量，就是它一定要跟儿童的内在的精神力量结合起来。评价是教师手里的一种教育工具，它应当激发儿童的学习愿望，帮助形成这种愿望，而不是对于不愿学习的一种惩罚。如果由于学生不善于学习而给他一个不及格的评价，那就更糟：儿童觉得教师已经把他看得什么都不行，他就会欺骗和弄虚作假。学生不善于学习，如果教师不重视这件起初的小事，那就会酿成大祸―――懒惰和散漫。

2．学习―――这并不是机械地把只是从教师的头脑里灌输到学生的头脑里。这是一种极其复杂的道德关系。在这种关系里起主导的，决定性作用的特征，就是培养学生的荣誉感和自尊感，并在此基础上培养他要成为一个好人的愿望。教师的任务在于，要敏锐而巧妙地，坚持不懈而严格要求地培植儿童的智力和道德力量。

读书笔记：我读《马承与英语三位一体教学法》

近期一直在学习《马承与英语三位一体教学法》一书，作者马承老师的外语教学法是我国外语教学法的重要流派之一，他的“英语三位一体教学法”包括小学阶段的“字母、音素、音标”三位一体教学法，初中阶段的“词汇、语法、阅读”三位一体教学法。这两种教学法都是深受广大师生欢迎的教学法。

在学习过程中，我对马承老师的“字母、音素、音标”三位一体教学法尤为感兴趣。因为这种教学法对现行的小学音标教学十分适用。在pep小学英语教材里，音标教学虽然被安排在c部分，新课标中也没有明确指出小学阶段是否要掌握48个音标，但音标教学仍是小学阶段英语教学的重要一环。学好音标，将为中学的单词学习奠定坚实的基础。这与马承老师的“字母、音素、音标”三位一体教学法所主张的语音教学观是一致的。也就是说，语音教学的成败，直接关系到能否使学生保持浓厚的学习英语的兴趣。而培养学生对英语学习有持续的兴趣和爱好正是英语课程二级目标之首。在马承老师的“字母、音素、音标”三位一体教学法中，他把讲授26个字母名称音作为学习音素的基础，把掌握音素作为学习音标的前提。学了字母学音素，学了音素学音标，整个教学过程的各个环节联系紧密，过渡自然，易懂易记，学生一开始就能掌握字母与音素的对应关系。这相对pep教材所提倡的音标方面按部就班的教学而言，属于跳跃性的教学。到底这种跳跃性的教学学生是否适应和接受，我打算在新一轮的三年级教学中通过实践来检验。

在本书中，无论是马承老师的“字母、音素、音标”三位一体教学法，还是他的另一个教学理论——直呼式韵律英语教学法，无疑都告诉我们，在小学阶段，英语教师的任务不仅仅是激发和培养小学生的学习兴趣，还要在学生乐于学的时候教会他们如何学习，使他们掌握科学的学习方法，养成良好的学习习惯，做到学会学习。

反思我自己的课堂教学，一直以来遵循小学生的年龄和心理特点，坚持设计形式多样的活动，如单词教学时引入游戏式操练，会话教学时采用情景教学，语音教学时引入竞争机制，阅读教学时口头听力练习和笔头阅读理解练习相结合。通过多元综合，培养学生具有良好的语音、语调基础，学会用简单的英语表情达意，与同伴开展简单的交流活动。同时，我还致力于学生学习习惯的培养，特别是记课堂笔记的习惯的培养。我也十分注重学法的指导，如把马承老师的“字母、音素、音标”三位一体教学法结合到五、六年级的语音教学中，从而提高语音教学的效率。

“马承英语三位一体教学法”教会了我们怎样学习，以及如何学习更有效率。这与《英语课堂标准》里提出的“基础教育最重要的任务是学会学习，即learn how to learn”的理念又一次不谋而合。所以，马承老师和他的“英语三位一体教学法”对我们今天的新课改仍然具有不小的参考价值。

读《教育信息技术》有感

每当读起《教育信息技术》一书，我的感受颇多，其中感受最深的是对学生的信息意识培养，尤其是作为一名小学信息技术教师。当前，世界上正在进行着一场以信息技术发展为主流的技术革命，人类社会正在由工业社会转入信息社会，全球信息化已成为世界发展的必然趋势，信息同物质、能量一样成为经济、社会发展的战略资源。信息是无形的财富，那么，培养信息财富的创造者——有信息意识、创新能力的跨世纪人才责无旁贷地落到了每一个教育工作者的肩上，尤其是作为基础教育的中小学教师，更应该未雨绸缪，及时调整教育观念，科学地、准确地预测未来社会的需求，为迎接信息化社会的到来，培养能适应二十一世纪挑战的高素质人才作好必要的准备。作为中小学教师应充分意识到对学生信息意识的培养。

(一)具有信息意识是每位社会个体成员在未来社会成功的前提

在科学技术迅猛发展的今天，信息、信息技术充斥着整个社会的经济、文化、科学技术等各个领域，机遇和挑战并存，谁掌握了信息，谁就抓住了机遇；谁具有信息意识，谁就具备迈向成功的可能。因此，对于未来社会个体成员——学生的信息意识的培养则显得尤为重要。信息意识不仅控制着人对信息需求的认识，而且对信息的获取过程起着支配作用。

古语说：“功夫不负有心人”，今天的“有心人”就是指有信息意识的人。信息对一个人、一个企业、乃至一个国家，其价值是无可限量的。尤其是处于教学技术迅猛发展的今天，信息的价值在不断地被越来越多的人逐渐地认识，精明的现代人对有价值的信息不

是消极的适应，而是积极主动地、不遗余力地去追求、去捕捉。这种对信息的追求和捕捉不同于一般凭直觉和经验的信息感受，它有明确的目标、高度的自觉，并且常常是有组织、有计划、凭借现代技术手段来进行的系统工程。在不断涌现的、浩若烟海的信息中要能准确地选择、迅速地获取所需要的那部分特定的信息，需要有战略眼光，需要有科学的预见能力，需要有正确分析、处理信息的能力。事业的成败，往往就取决于此。曾被评为美国首富“比尔?盖茨”从一期<大众电子>杂志封面刊登的出售个人电脑的广告上看到了商机，微软公司也就由此诞生了。“比尔?盖茨”的成功决非偶然，而在于他超出常人的洞察力和对信息的敏感性。看到这则广告信息的决不只“盖茨”一人，但获得如此成功的只有盖茨。由此看来，信息只服务于那些有信息意识的人，信息意识是获取信息的前提。

(二)信息、信息技术的发展决定了中小学教师必须要对未来社会的人才取向进行前瞻性的思考

社会性是教育的本质属性，社会的发展与需要是社会发展的依据与基础。未来社会是一个数字化、信息化的社会。在人才的取向等问题上发生了巨大的变化，因此，作为基础教育的中小学教师必须要具有战略性的眼光，要面向社会、面向世界、面向未来，必须对未来社会的发展及人才需求取向等问题进行前瞻性的思考和科学的预见。随着科学技术的发展，信息量的剧增，原有的人才观指导下培养出来的人才已不能很好地适应未来社会的发展，社会的需求决定了教育的发展方向。新的人才观即良好的品德、较高的智力、健康的体魄、正确的思维方法、获取和处理信息的能力以及创新精神。要求学校不再是培养知识的学习者而是要培养出大批有知识、有信息意识、有创新能力的人才。

现代世界各国经济发展的大量事实表明，经济发展的速度在很大程度上取决于知识的利用程度和信息意识。二战后，日本一跃而起成为世界上第二经济大国，其经济发展的成功经验中有两点是可以确定的。其一，重视普及教育。因而他们的企业拥有世界上令人羡慕的高质量的劳动力。而基础教育则是提高劳动力素质的重要基础。其二，日本人对信息的敏感性极强。在七十年代末，日本政府就把信息服务业作为发展的重点，从1980---1985年，信息产业投资均以18％的比例递增。1985年，日本信息设备投资额为1050亿日元，到2014年总投资额约达到6820亿日元。其信息服务业的市场规模仅次于美国，而居世界第二位。可见，一个民族的信息意识对这个民族的发展多么重要。而教育是培养信息意识的最佳途径。基础教育在我国起着重要作用。因此，作为基础教育的中小学教师必须要充分意识到信息教育必须从基础教育抓起。

读《给教师的建议》52条有感

苏霍姆林斯基在这一部分提到：学生之所以感到学习越来越难了的主要原因是他们的脑力劳动的负担过重。而减轻学生脑力劳动的主要途径，就是保证智力生活的丰富性。

“学生智力生活的一般境界和性质，在很大程度上取决于教师的精神修养和兴趣，取决于他的知识渊博和眼界广阔的程度，还取决于：教师到学生这里来的时候带了多少东西，教给学生多少东西，以及他还剩下多少东西。对一个教师来说，最大的危险就是自己在智力上的空虚，没有精神财富的储备。”也许光是忠实于“教科书”的教学不算是优秀的，要敢于给学生课本以外的知识，开阔他们的眼界，启迪他们的思维。同时，要把书本知识和能力的培养结合起来，让枯燥的知识“动”起来。这些天，我正在尝试着把各种有趣的小故事引入到课堂教学中来，让学生学、读、背、演、练。因为对于课本的学习，学生已经感觉有些厌倦了，并且语言学习是个积累的过程，光靠书本中有限的资源远远远不能满足学生学习的愿望，反而会限制学生思维的发展。

读书笔记：读《督促孩子学好英语的几大绝招》有感

读了《督促孩子学好英语的几大绝招》一文后，原本以为有很大的启示，其实还是那“老三篇”。

一要在兴趣上下功夫；

二要在能力上下功夫；

三要家长恒心上下功夫。

虽然自己是教英语的，可是深知孩子需老师来教的道理，因此在孩子学习英语面前从不敢以英语老师自居，总是鼓励她跟老师学，跟录音机学，跟同学学。只要她能主动跟别人学，她一定不会对英语陌生，只要她不怕英语，就不怕她学不好。

正如文中所说：“现在的家长越来越重视孩子的英语学习，都希望他们从小就能打下扎实的基本功，为今后的求学奠定基础。”可怜天下父母心，我又何尝不一样？所以激发孩子学英语的兴趣是关键。“在家里，家长可以有意识地让孩子接触一些与英语有关的少儿电视节目，主要是让他对学英语产生兴趣。家长还可以为孩子买一些浅显的英语故事、卡通画来提高他对英语的学习兴趣。其次要让孩子明白学习英语的价值，让孩子从你的说话或实际例子中感到你对他学会使用英语的能力表示认可，并解释你为什么认为这种语言具有较大价值的原因。”以我的实践来说，以上做法要基于一个关键：不要布置任务。否则孩子就会兴趣索然，几次任务下来，她就再也不理你了。

我认为文中所提到的“要培养孩子‘开放型性格’”很重要。因为在教学中曾见有些孩子，智力水平不可谓不高，考试成绩也很好，但没有养成说英语的习惯，他们仅仅把英语当做一门“学问”，而不是把它当做一种手段和工具。课内课外都 “怕开口”，怕其他同学笑他，时间一长，与同学的差距就大了，更不愿意张口，当然就很难学好英语了。最好的就是家长应该帮助孩子在家练习，当然家长必须与孩子共同学习，可以将对孩子的帮助融入整个家庭生活中。例如：在餐桌旁，你可以叫孩子将“apple”递给你，而不使用“苹果”一词。这种有趣的训练方式，可以培养孩子大胆说英语的习惯。孩子便能在家长的提醒下，一次、两次地“大声说英语”。

正常的英语学习离不开“利用磁带、电视节目学习”，而且“注意鼓励孩子学习课堂上并未要求的内容，特别是口语训练”，同时养成良好的学习习惯、掌握科学的学习方法。家长应配合学校要求孩子，监督并指导孩子晨读（或每天坚持听录音半小时）。培养孩子良好的学习习惯，最重要的是“训练”。此外，在孩子学习过程中，家长可以同孩子一道“计时”，认真计算一下，便可知道，10分钟可以记住两句话或七八个单词，要是能每天抓住它是值得的，以此帮助孩子具体了解“10分钟的价值”，从而养成珍惜时间的好习惯。而以上的种种，必须以家长的教育恒心为基础，我并不主张“陪太子读书”的教育思想，我认为家长的教育恒心应该放在如何培养孩子的学习能力的培养中，而不是放在每天晚上陪他做作业的时间里。因为养成学习能力的培养，远比学习知识重要。孩子从小学会学习可以大大提高学习效率，可以不断更新知识结构，这是终身受益的。而这些方法的指导不能单靠老师的课堂，或是单从考试的成绩去判断，而是要在学习过程中不断积累和试验，更要在应用中巩固和提高，才能形成孩子自身的学习素质，帮助他们跨过学习和人生中的一道道难关。 《细节决定成败》读后感

今天，我读了汪中求所著的《细节决定成败》后，非常有同感。在充满竞争的今天，如何做好工作，关键在于是否能抓住了一个“小”字。这本书中强调，不论做什么工作，都要重视小事、关注细节，把小事做细、做透就能成就大事。揭示了“细中见精”、“小中见大”、“伟大与平凡”的真理，

细节的实质是什么？细节实际上是一种通过长期的准备，从而获得的一种机遇。细节是一种习惯，是一种积累，也是一种眼光，一种智慧。

也许太多的人，总不屑一顾事物的细节，太自信“天生我才必有用，千金散尽还复来”。殊不知我们普通人大量的日子都是在做一些小事，假如每个人能把自己所在岗位的每一件小事做好、做到位，就已经很不简单了。我们作为教育工作者，育人工作是个全方位的系统工程，在工作中我认为必须把常规工作做到位，以身作则脚踏实地，从小事做起。要想比别人更优秀，只有在每一件小事上下功夫。不能只看到人家成功的辉煌，而很少去关注他们工作中对细节的用心。对于敬业者来说，凡事无小事，简单不等于容易。因此，要积极倡导花大力气做好小事情，把小事做细。

教师的工作，就是教书育人 。要想做好、做强就必须把每一件小事都做到位才行。任何一个环节太薄弱都有可能导致教学质量的滑坡。因此，接了手的事必须按时、按标准完成，不能完成没有任何解释的理由。已做完的事情，自己检查认定完全没有错误再上报，不要等检查出了破绽或漏洞再辩解。把小事做细了，工作效率自然就提高了。

书中的众多例子从正反两面说明了细节能够表现整体完美的道理，同样也会影响和破坏整体的完美。细节在创造成功者与失败者之间究竟有多大差别？人与人之间在智力和体力上差异并不是想象中的那么大。很多小事，一个人能做，另外的人也能做，只是做出来的效果不一样，往往是一些细节上的功夫，决定着完成的质量。

看不到细节或者不把细节当回事的人，对工作缺乏认真的态度，对事情只能是敷衍了事。这种人无法把工作当作一种乐趣，而只是当作一种不得不受的苦役，因而在工作中缺乏工作热情。他们只能永远做别人分配给他们做的工作，甚至即便这样也不能把事情做好。而考虑到细节、注重细节的人，不仅能认真对待工作，将小事做细，而且还能注重在做事的细节中找到机会，从而使自己走上成功之路。台湾首富王永庆就是从细节中找到成功机会的人。王永庆成功的例子说明细节是一种创造。由此可见创造就不一定得轰轰烈烈，惊天动地。工作中的小改小革，细节调整同样是一种创造。“细致到点”，从细节中找到创新的机会――这就是王永庆成功的秘密。海尔总裁张瑞敏说：什么是不简单？把每一件简单的事做好就是不简单；什么是不平凡？能把每一件平凡的事做好就是不平凡。

在工作中，如果我们关注了细节，就可以把握了创新之源，也就为成功奠定了一定的基础。一心渴望伟大、追求伟大，伟大却了无踪影；甘于平谈，认真做好每个细节，伟大却不期而至。这就是细节的魅力，是水到渠成后的惊喜。做一个注重细节的人吧，相信你一定能成功。
