What do you think of homework

People have been trying to find out if homework is good or bad for primary school students.and they have different opinions.

Some people think that homework makes children not only practice what they have learned in school. Besides, homework helps teach children how to work on their own. Which is useful to them later life.

others disagree, however. Homework brings children much pressure. Children must spend more time doing other activities like reading and playing sports.

In my view, whether homework is necessary depends on the purpose. Teachers should clearly tell students why they do it and let them know how they have done it.

人们一直在努力弄清楚家庭作业对小学生是好是坏。他们有不同的看法。

一些人认为家庭作业不仅仅练习他们在学校所学的东西。而且家庭作业帮助教孩子们如何自己学习。这对他们以后的生活很有用。

然而，其他人不同意这种看法。家庭作业带给孩子们太多的压力。孩子们应该花更多的时间做其他活动，像阅读、体育运动之类。

我个人的观点，家庭作业是否有必要取决于作业的目的。老师应该清楚地告诉学生，为什么他们要做作业？让他们知道他们已经做得怎么样。
